- 100 grams dried chickpeas
- 10 grams ginger
- 1 green chili
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tbsp salt

- Soak the Chickpeas
تم نسخ الرابطSoak your dried chickpeas in plenty of water and leave them overnight until they have expanded and softened.
- Blend the Chickpeas
تم نسخ الرابطIn a high-speed food processor, add your chickpeas, ginger, green chili, and 250 milliliters of water. Blend for 1 minute until smooth.
- Cook the Chickpea Mixture
تم نسخ الرابطIn a non-stick frying pan, pour the mixture, adding turmeric and salt. Bring to a simmer and reduce the heat cooking it for 2 to 5 minutes and stirring constantly. This will create a thick paste that holds onto the spatula.
- Chill the Tofu

- Serve
