- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 cup cashews, toasted

- ½ cup light soy sauce
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1 large onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp ginger, minced
- 4 tbsp cooking oil

- Prepare the Chicken
تم نسخ الرابطFirst, toss your chicken in cornstarch and soy sauce until fully coated. Cook in a wok or nonstick pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil until golden. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the wok and set it aside.
- Cook the Vegetables
