- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

- 9 chicken drumsticks
- 12 golden baby potatoes
- 5 lemon slices
- ½ olives (black or green)
- 1 pickled lemon peel, diced
- Sumac and parsley or cilantro to garnish

- Preheat the Oven

- Make the Marinade

- Assemble
