- 1 large cauliflower head, cut up into large florets
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp hot sauce (optional)
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cornstarch
Batter
- 2 tbsp barbeque sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (optional)

- The Wet Batter

- The Dry Ingredients

- Fry
