Candied Cranberries

500 grams fresh cranberries
1 cup orange juice, no pulp
1 can Sprite
1 cup powdered sugar

  1. Soak the Cranberries

    Wash your cranberries and place them in a bowl. Pour the orange juice and Sprite over the cranberries, cover, and let sit in the fridge overnight.
  2. Prepare to Bake

    Strain your cranberries and place them in a separate lidded bowl, add the powdered sugar, cover, and shake well until all the cranberries are fully coated equally. You can add more powdered sugar if needed.
  3. Bake

    Transfer your coated cranberries to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 to 7 minutes. This will give you a juicy snack with a crunchy exterior.
