Baqdonsieh

2 bundles of fresh parsley, finely chopped
3 tbsp tahini sauce
1 tsp salt, adjust to taste
3 medium lemons, juiced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 green chili pepper, optional

  1. Wash and Chop the Parsley

    Rinse the parsley thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt. Shake off excess water and finely chop the leaves, discarding any thick stems.
  2. Mix the Sauce Ingredients

    In a bowl, combine tahini, minced garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, and green chili if using. Stir well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Parsley and Mix

    Add the chopped parsley to the tahini mixture and stir until evenly combined. Serve fresh as a flavorful dip or dressing.
