Custard Yogurt Toast

3 thick slices of soft bread
1 egg
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Fresh berries
Chocolate chips
A drizzle of maple syrup

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer

    Preheat your air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius. If you are using the oven, preheat it to the same degree.
  2. Make the Custard

    Mix egg, yogurt, and maple syrup in a small bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour onto the Bread

    Press the center of the bread to indent with your fingers or a spoon. This will create a well without cutting through the edges. Pour the custard mixture into the dented toast and top with berries or chocolate chips.
  4. Cook
