Penthouses at Dubai’s Trump Tower Start From AED 70 Million

The Trump International Hotel and Tower has officially launched in Dubai, and it's already turning heads. Set at the entrance of Downtown Dubai and right along Sheikh Zayed Road, the 80-storey tower is the Trump Organization’s most ambitious UAE project to date, with four-bedroom penthouses starting from AED 70 million.

First Trump-branded Hotel in the UAE
This is no ordinary tower. It marks the debut of the Trump super-luxury hotel brand in the UAE, with the first 18 floors dedicated to a five-star hotel. Above that, two floors will house an exclusive members-only Trump-branded club. The remaining upper levels will be residential, including the ultra-premium penthouses offering sweeping views of Dubai’s skyline.
The project comes ahead of a visit by former US President Donald Trump to the UAE and Saudi Arabia in May and follows the recent launch of Trump Tower Jeddah. It also signals a continued partnership between the Trump Organization and luxury developer Dar Global, with whom they’re also working on a golf community in Oman.
Designed by Japan’s Top Architecture Firm
The iconic design of Trump Tower Dubai is being handled by Nikken Sekkei, one of Japan’s most respected architecture firms. The goal? A statement piece in the heart of Dubai, built with ultra-luxury and attention to detail at its core.

AED 1 Billion Development, Completion by 2031
The land was acquired in late 2024, and both teams have been working closely to ensure every element is perfected. CEO of Dar Global, Ziad El Chaar, called it a “brave project” and confirmed the estimated completion timeline is 2031, allowing for four years of construction and one year as a buffer.
The total development cost is pegged at around $1 billion, making it one of the priciest private real estate projects in the city.

Expect signature Trump luxury: a cigar lounge, a private club, premium hotel amenities, and residences tailored to high-net-worth buyers. It’s the kind of place where no detail is overlooked, from finishings to service.
More Trump Projects on the Way?
With Dubai and Jeddah underway, Dar Global has hinted at two more Trump projects planned for Riyadh, including another golf community. While specifics haven’t been shared yet, the brand’s expansion in the Gulf seems far from over.
