Have you thought about spending the night in nature but wanted the convenience of a hotel? Welcome to Bear Grylls in Ras Al khaimah
Conveniently located less than 1 hour from Dubai on Jebel Jais, the UAE’s highest peak, Jebel Jais is part of the spectacular Hajar mountains that were formed over 70 million years ago in the eastern part of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates and Oman. Towering at 1,934 m above sea level, Jebel Jais boasts breath-taking vistas, thrilling adventures, and a welcome respite from the heat with temperatures around ten degrees cooler than sea level.
Back to Bear Grylls, we checked in on Friday noon and managed to quickly settle in. The cabins are not what you expect. They are spacious and very well designed to accommodate the guest. With a bunk bed and all the accessories you need for a wonderful and adventurous stay! The BBQ pit is readily available for a great meal after your adventure (Survival Courses).
The instructors are seasoned experts and the staff is just amazing. Welcoming and are around to help you.
Covid-19 Compliance
We are committed to a 3-step enhanced cleaning process - a set of standards developed in partnership with medical experts, for the times of COVID-19.
Experienced hosts
Fantastic experiences that gets you out into the wild and gives you the chance to learn more about what’s around you.
Camp Experience
Our cabins are perfectly designed and don’t require any camping skills.
Scenic Outdoors
Our camps are located in the scenic outdoors nestled in the mountains of Ras-al-Khaimah, offering the comfort of a professional camp with a unique outdoor camp experience.
The cabins are definitely “customized” to the UAE residents. Air conditioned, with a bathroom and a shower. It is truly a glamping experience that you will not find anywhere else!
We took on the complete package that included dinner and breakfast! The dinner feast was a generous amount of meat (there is a vegetarian option as well) that we could not finish.
We also had an informative survival course. Very informative and an eye-opener on what you might face if you are the adventurer.
If you want to disconnect or wish to have a team building (corporate) exercise, then this is a place where you can get both done. I highly recommend Bear Grylls for your future “disconnect”.
