Janu Dubai to Open in 2027

Luxury hotel group Aman will open Janu Dubai in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) neighborhood in 2027!

In the same year, Aman will open its new beachfront home in Jumeirah 2. 

Janu Dubai will have 150 rooms and residences; the luxury destination will also have a private members' club, designed by the Pritzker prize-winning firm Herzog & de Meuron.

Dubai-based real estate company H&H Development will develop the project. Janu Dubai will be developed in connection with nature with extensive greenery indoors and outdoors. 

The hotel will also have many gardens and spacious balconies and terraces, which will help guests and residents enjoy nature's gift in an urban setting.

Janu Dubai's luxury suites will have a fabulous view of Burj Khalifa and the hotel will provide various dining options. 

The luxury hotel will also have high-end spas and fitness facilities. 

The Aman Group has plans to open two hotels in Dubai and three properties in AlUla, Wadi Safar, and Diriyah Gate in Saudi Arabia.
