Dubai’s Global Village is embracing the spirit of Ramadan with extended hours, cultural experiences, and fun challenges for visitors throughout the holy month.
From March 1, the popular attraction will open from 5 PM to 1 AM (Sunday-Wednesday) and 5 PM to 2 AM (Thursday-Saturday), giving guests extra time to explore its festive offerings.
Multaqa Global Village: A Gathering Space
This season, Multaqa Global Village will serve as a free-to-access seating area designed for families and friends to gather and enjoy the Ramadan atmosphere. Located between the Main Stage and Dragon Lake, the space features a traditional majlis-style ambiance with cozy cushions, low tables, and twinkling lights.
Entertainment & Cultural Performances
Visitors can look forward to live performances by the Arabesque Orchestra, featuring 35 musicians playing the Oud, Nay, Harp, and Violin, alongside Tannoura dance shows.
For younger visitors, the Kids' Theatre will present "The Secret of the Lantern," a puppet show that teaches values of kindness and generosity through storytelling. Shows will take place twice every evening from Thursday to Sunday.
Ramadan Step Challenge: Walk & Win!
Adding a fitness twist, Global Village is launching the Ramadan Step Challenge, where visitors can track their steps via the Global Village mobile app. Guests who hit 10,000 steps in a single visit will be rewarded with exciting prizes!
With its stunning Ramadan décor, a daily Iftar cannon, and immersive cultural experiences, Global Village is set to be the ultimate destination for families and friends to celebrate the holy month.
