The biggest food and beverage event in the world Gulfood is returning to the Dubai World Trade Center from Feb. 19 to Feb. 23.

Gulfood 2024 will feature celebrated 100+ celebrity and international chefs with 21 Michelin stars between them. 

These chefs will participate in talks and panel discussions as well as host culinary masterclasses.

Famous Chefs at Gulfood 2024 

Joan Roca

Joan Roca is a Spanish chef who is famous for the restaurant El Celler de Can Roca, which received three Michelin stars in 2009.

He will be interviewed at 1:05 p.m. on Feb. 19.

He will also host a Top Table Master class on the same day at 1:25 p.m.

He will also be part of a Chef Talks Panel on the same day at 2:40 p.m.

Christian Le Squer

Christian Le Squer is a French Chef who works at Le Cinq in Paris. Here, he received two Michelin stars in 2015 and one Michelin star in 2016.

His interview will be at 1:55 p.m. on Feb. 19, while his masterclass will take place at 2:10 p.m. on the same day.

He will also be part of the panel discussion on that day at 2:40 p.m.

Enrico Cerea 

Enrico Cerea is a three-Michelin-starred Italian chef who is famous for his restaurant Da Vittorio. 

He will be part of a Chef Talks Panel on Feb. 20 at 1:00 p.m. and he will also host a masterclass on the same day at 1:25 p.m.

Alain Passard

Alain Passard is another French chef with three Michelin stars and he is the owner of the restaurant L'Arpège in Paris.

He will be part of the Chef Talks Panel on Feb. 23 at 3:40 p.m. and he will host a masterclass on the same day at 4:05 p.m.

There will also be some famous one-Michelin-starred chefs as well as some other celebrity chefs at Gulfood 2024.

Other than the Top Table Masterclasses, there will be a beverage, pizza, pastry, and bakery masterclasses at the event as well.

Gulfood 2024 will also host a YouthX Young Chef Challenge on Feb. 22 and the winners of the challenge will be awarded at the awards ceremony on the same day.

There will also be the Gulfood Innovation Awards 2024 at the event to recognize the best innovate products in the food and beverage industry.
