DJ Babu worked with many entertainers including Iyaani, Masauti, Nyashinski, DJ Bling, MC Teargas, and Dohty Family's Kriss Darling.

On July 31st, the world tragically lost the talented Kenyan DJ Babu who died in a fatal accident in Dubai. Exact details have not been revealed however the incident was about a car crash.

Dj Babu's unexpected and tragic passing occurred shortly after he warmly received rapper Khaligraph Jones and his crew in Dubai for a performance.

The passing of Di Babu was truly shocking & saddening to his Kenyan music community fans, fellow artists, and industry peers who mourned the loss of a promising talent.

Since 2008, DJ Babu has succeeded to establish himself as a talented artist and inventive DJ and made a great career ahead.

He was unique at mixing and reproducing music, doing transitions from old school classics to the latest hits which made him admired by many listeners and fellow musicians.

He was the founder and CEO of Jamdown Dubai, which had significant impact on the entertainment industry. Babu also had a huge role in supporting and organizing shows for Kenyan artists and partnered up with a diverse range of musicians, showcasing his dedication to enhancing homegrown talent.

The tragic accident that claimed Dj Babu's life has left a profound void in the hearts of those who knew & loved him. May God rest his soul in peace.
