Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the operating hours for its services during the Holy Month of Ramadan. These adjustments affect the Dubai Metro, Tram, public buses, marine transport, Customer Happiness Centres, and vehicle testing centers.
Customer Happiness Centres
The Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, and Al Tawar centers will operate:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Smart Customer Happiness Centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and the RTA Head Office will continue their 24/7 operations.
Vehicle Testing Centres
Service provider centers, including Tasjeel Jebel Ali and Tasjeel Hatta, will have the following hours:

Monday to Thursday & Saturday:
- Tasjeel Jebel Ali: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tasjeel Hatta: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Tasjeel Jebel Ali: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Tasjeel Hatta: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Other centers, such as Tasjeel Al Qusais, Al Barsha, and Al Warsan, will operate:

- Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Evening: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Note: Between 4:01 PM and 7:59 PM, only vehicle testing services are available throughout the week.

- Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM

- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

- Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM
Public Buses and Marine Transport
For updates on bus schedules during Ramadan, passengers are encouraged to use the S'hail app. Marine transport users should refer to the RTA's official website for specific timings.
Public Parking
Parking zones will follow these timings from Monday to Saturday:
- First Period: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Second Period: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Multi-level parking facilities will remain operational 24/7.
