A Pioneering Force

The all-women rescue team is trained to manage various emergency operations, including road accident responses and firefighting. Their graduation ceremony featured demonstrations of these scenarios, highlighting their impressive skills and readiness to serve. This milestone reflects the commitment of Dubai Police to create an inclusive environment that supports women in all roles, especially those traditionally dominated by men.
