On Tuesday, the Executive Council of Dubai, led by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, introduced five key plans aimed at making Dubai a global hub for education and investment. A major highlight of these plans is the Dubai Cashless Strategy, designed to establish the city as one of the top five cashless destinations worldwide by 2033.

The cashless initiative is expected to add a significant Dh8 billion to Dubai’s economy by promoting digital transactions. The goal is to ensure that every business in the city accepts digital payments, making everyday transactions smoother and more efficient.
