American-based British singer Zayn Malik released his most-anticipated fourth album 'Room Under the Stairs' on Friday, May 17. 


The album includes fifteen songs and Malik is credited as a writer for 12 out of 15 songs, the singer revealed in a recent interview with Nylon magazine. 

According to a report from Variety, Zayn Malik is set to write the music for an upcoming animated feature '10 Lives', co-star and sing a duet with 'Bridgerton' star Ashley Simone.

In the days leading to the release of his album, Malik has been trending across social media for talking about his daughter Khai, One Direction, and his experience with Tinder. 

In an interview on the Zach Sang Show, Zayn talked about his daughter Khai's reaction to his music as she asked, "Is this Baba?"

The moment has been dubbed the cutest thing ever by netizens!

In the same interview, the British singer also delved into some serious stuff like not enjoying his time with the former band One Direction. 

He said, "I feel like I just took things too seriously".

In the interview with Nylon, Malik also revealed his unsuccessful experience with Tinder saying, "Everyone accused me of catfishing. They’re like, ‘What are you using Zayn Malik’s pictures for?’ I’ve been kicked off once or twice."
