Obesity is more than just having a couple or more couple of pounds of extra body fat, obesity is a medical problem that might cause you diseases and health problems in the long term, causing you diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases, joint, and muscle pains, and even cancer, yes you did not read that wrong, some cancer types are linked to extra weight, and obesity does increase the risk of having those cancers.
While there are many reasons to become obese, from eating a lot of calories higher than you consume or burn daily, to not moving much or playing any sports, as well as consuming lots of processed foods, junk foods, fats, and sugary drinks or meals, without any physical activity, the body loses the power to burn it transforming it and storing it into fats in the body.
What are the three classes of obesity?
The three classes of obesity are:
- Class 1 obesity: BMI range between 30 - 35.
- Class 2 obesity: BMI ranges between 35 - 40.
- Class 3 obesity: BMI of 40 or higher, the most severe form of obesity.
What are the unhealthiest foods to eat?
There are too many unhealthy foods to eat, such as:
- Fries with cheese.
- Sugary Fuzzy drinks.
- Processed Meats.
- Fatty foods.
- Pizza
