The new store marks the brand’s regional expansion initiatives linked to the World Cup partnership.

Doha, Qatar – September 18, 2022: Hisense, the international electronics and white goods manufacturer and FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 official sponsor, launched its first branded store in Qatar at Lagoona Mall in collaboration with Fifty One East, Qatar's favorite department store, highlighting a strategic benchmark for Hisense's regional expansion efforts in the Middle East.

H.E. Mr. Zhou Jian, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, attended the event, as did Mr. Bader Al-Darwish, Chairman and Managing Director of Fifty One East, Mr. Jason Ou, President of Hisense Middle East and Africa, Mr. Saoud Al-Darwish, Vice Chairman of Darwish Holding, distinguished guests, and members of the media.

This brand store demonstrates the two companies' solid partnership and reinforces Fifty One East's reputation as the preferred partner for international electronics brands. It also illustrates Hisense's consistent growth and the Qatari market, as it consolidates its position as one of the leading consumer technology brands.

Hisense's brand store, the first in Qatar, offers customers a home-like experience while displaying its entire product line-up, including top-of-the-line TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, dishwashers, microwaves, smartphones, and its award-winning smart consumer technology 'Laser TV,' a 100-inch TV screen that brings cinema to your living room.
