The UAE has expressed its firm disapproval of the terrorist assault on a police headquarters located in Karachi, a city in the southern region of Pakistan, which led to the loss of many lives.

The UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (Mofaic) has issued a statement strongly condemning criminal acts and denouncing all forms of violence and terrorism that aim to disrupt security and stability and go against human values and principles.

The ministry expressed their heartfelt sympathies to the government and people of Pakistan, and also conveyed their condolences to the families of the victims of this terrible act.

There was a big explosion inside the station after it was initially attacked and there were other smaller blasts before that.

According to government officials, three security force members and a civilian lost their lives, and 18 security force members were injured. The cause of the incident was the entry of two suicide bombers into a police building, with at least one of them detonating explosives. The officials confirmed that the Pakistani Taliban have claimed responsibility for the attack.
