The humanitarian initiative "Gallant Knight 3" has declared the commencement of a fresh aid convoy's entry into the Gaza Strip via Egypt's Rafah Border Crossing. This forms part of the UAE's ongoing commitment to alleviate the challenges faced by the Palestinian population in their current circumstances.

Comprising 14 trucks, the Emirati aid convoy carries more than 300 tonnes of humanitarian assistance, encompassing tents, medical provisions, and diverse food items. The UAE remains dedicated to delivering crucial humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, addressing their immediate needs and mitigating their hardships.

As of February 18, the total Emirati aid provided to the Palestinian people under the "Gallant Knight 3" initiative has surpassed 15,755 tonnes. This aid has been transported through 163 cargo planes, two cargo ships, and 476 trucks. The field hospital within Gaza has attended to 5,123 cases.

Furthermore, the UAE has established six desalination plants with a daily production capacity of 1.2 million gallons, benefiting the Gaza population. Additionally, five automated bakeries have been dispatched to the Egyptian city of Al Arish, poised for entry into the Gaza Strip. The UAE remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting and uplifting the Palestinian community.
