Abu Dhabi and Dubai have emerged as top choices for remote workers escaping winter's chill.
A study by Business Name Generator ranked the UAE Capital first for its ample winter sunshine, with Dubai coming in fourth.
The research, which compared 50 global cities, factored in WiFi speeds, living costs, rental prices, and quality of life.

The UAE attracts with its pleasant 22.6°C winter temperature and a unique remote work visa introduced in 2021.
This visa allows professionals to live in the UAE while working for an overseas employer.

A direct flight from London to Abu Dhabi takes under eight hours.
And while Abu Dhabi promises beautiful beaches and great living standards, Dubai entices with its warm winter climate, averaging 8.6 hours of sunshine daily.
The city also boasts low crime, clean streets, and modern infrastructure.
Other cities making the top 10 include Singapore, Orlando, Houston, Buenos Aires, Melbourne, and Lisbon.
However, New York, Zurich, Boston, Seattle, and London ranked as pricier options for digital nomads.
