The UAE has unveiled the U-Ask platform, a unified AI-powered chatbot for government services, the Emirates News Agency reported on Tuesday.

The site, which makes use of generative AI technology, gives users access to information on government services in Arabic and English languages, such as service needs, relevant information based on their preferences, and direct links to applications.
The chatbot platform, according to Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, minister of state for government development, is part of the UAE government's digital efforts, which include integrating and coordinating projects and improving system efficiency.
The chief of government services, Mohamed bin Taliah, stated that the body and platform would serve many organizations and sectors both inside and beyond the country.

The platform is made to manage a variety of enquiries and requests, from straightforward information requests to more intricate service demands. Additionally, it offers thorough responses that cover fundamental details and how to apply for services.
It may give individualized recommendations and suggestions based on the preferences and prior interactions of users. It was developed in collaboration with Microsoft and PwC Middle East.
