Launched by Colonel Saqr bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Director of the Vehicle and Driver Licensing Department at Ras Al Khaimah Police, this innovative vehicle aims to save time and effort for examiners while delivering accurate results for driving candidates.
"The self-testing vehicle is equipped to provide immediate feedback on the candidate’s performance, determining pass or fail status based on stringent traffic examination standards," stated Colonel Al Qasimi. This approach ensures transparency and enhances customer satisfaction by reducing errors and offering decisive results.
The vehicle’s real-time assessment capabilities allow candidates to receive instant feedback on their performance, including detailed reasons for success or failure, directly in the examination certificate. This not only improves the efficiency of the testing process but also builds trust in the system's fairness and accuracy.
Colonel Al Qasimi emphasized that the Ras Al Khaimah Police are committed to continuously upgrading their services in line with the Ministry of Interior’s strategy. By simplifying procedures, reducing operational errors, and enhancing the efficiency of driver examination processes, the police aim to better address customer grievances and complaints.
This initiative marks a significant step forward in leveraging technology to improve public services, setting a new standard for driving license assessments in the UAE.
