The Federal Authority for Human Resources has announced that September 15th, which falls on a Sunday, will be an official holiday for employees in the public sector, on the occasion of the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) also known as Mawlid al-Nabi or Mawlid al-Nabawi.
On its social media platforms, the Authority said it has issued an announcement to its ministries and federal institutions regarding the holiday for the year 1446 AH in the Islamic calendar.
