UAE Cabinet Approves 10-Year Blue Residency Visa

UAE's Cabinet has approved the issuance of a 10-year blue residency visa for residents who are making exceptional contributions towards the environment.
Prime Minister and the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid announced the approval of the blue residency visa after chairing a Cabinet meeting at Qasr Al Watan in Abu Dhabi.
The blue residency visa will be issued for individuals who make exceptional contributions to protecting the environment, whether it is land or marine.
Individuals contributing to improving air quality and sustainable technologies will also be granted the blue residency visa.
The Cabinet will also adopt the National Youth Agenda until 2031, which will focus on empowering the country's youth
Other than these developments, the Cabinet also looked into a new system for higher education classification, artificial intelligence, and developments in the country's space sector.
