Dubai's skyline is set to reach new heights with the upcoming Tiger Sky Tower, a project by UAE developer Tiger. Once completed, this tower in Downtown Dubai is slated to soar to a staggering height of 532 meters, making it the world's tallest residential tower.
Situated near Dubai Design District, five minutes away from the Dubai Canal and 14 minutes from Dubai Mall, the tower offers a range of amenities, including a gym, spa, retail outlets, and themed interior options for apartments. Apartments are priced from around Dhs2.2 million.
Additional proposed amenities entail the option to select from a variety of nationally-themed interior designs for the double-height penthouses. Choices span Arabic, Chinese, Greek, and French aesthetics, allowing residents to personalize their living spaces to reflect their cultural preferences.
Anticipated to open around 2028, the tower will boast several record-breaking features, including the world's highest restaurant at 439 meters, infinity pool at 431 meters, offering unparalleled views of the iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's highest rainforest at 447 meters, and , essentially a zipline, at the same elevation of 447 meters, traversing through the tower's simulated rainforest.
It's worth noting that in this context, "highest" refers to the tallest within a manmade structure rather than in terms of elevation above sea level.
