The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment project at Al Warqa 4 now has an internal road stretch of 1.9 km built by Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).

Building sidewalks, pedestrian pathways, parking lot entrances, and street lights were all part of the scope of work that was completed.

RTA is committed to improving the residential areas' infrastructure to support Dubai's increasing population and urbanization. Raising the standard of living and increasing the residents' contentment and happiness is the ultimate goal.

Hamad Al Shehhi, Director of Roads, Traffic and Roads Agency, RTA said, “RTA is focused on enhancing the connectivity of residential areas to Dubai's primary road network through undertaking internal road works. Works included the construction of entrances and exits to facilitate the movement of residents, visitors, and vehicles within residential areas."

The accomplished tasks at Al Warqa 4 encompassed building 1.9 kilometers of internal roads and 3.6 kilometers of dual-direction pedestrian pathways. Additionally, parking facilities were provided for 66 vehicles, and 57 lighting units were installed. This initiative is set to serve 136 villas within the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment region.
