Overview:

Get ready for a 2-day journey starting with a scenic road trip from Dubai to Al Quaa, known as the ‘Milky Way spot’ in Abu Dhabi. This dark-sky location is ideal for stargazing, with stunning views of the Milky Way, constellations, planets, and shooting stars.

Enjoy a delicious BBQ, drinks, card games, and camping under a blanket of stars. Wake up to a breathtaking desert sunrise, followed by breakfast. For those looking to extend the adventure, there's an optional kayaking experience in Abu Dhabi’s Eastern Mangroves, where you can explore wildlife like crabs, herons, and flamingos.

What's Included:

  • Two meals, including a famous BBQ dinner (mixed grill, falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, fattoush, bread, and snacks) and breakfast.
  • Beverages (soft drinks, tea, coffee, water).

  • Solo & Women-Friendly: 70% of participants are solo travelers, and the event welcomes women adventurers.
  • Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome, subject to group consent.
  • Toilets: This is a nature-based experience, with no built-in facilities.
  • Weather Conditions: Visibility may be affected by clouds, though the event will only be canceled in severe weather.
  • Mobile Coverage: Weak or no internet connection in Al Quaa.
  • Cancellation Policy: No rescheduling within 14 days of the trip. Full refunds if the trip is canceled by the organizers.

What to Bring:

  • Warm clothing for the evening.

  • Change of clothes and a beach towel.
  • Sleeping bag (with a rating 5C lower than the expected temperature).

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel:

  • More than 14 days before the trip: 95% refund.
  • Between 7 and 14 days: 50% refund.
  • Less than 7 days: No refund.

If Arabian Wanderers cancels:

  • A full refund will be provided.
