The emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has implemented a reduction in judicial fees charged by the courts and the Public Prosecution Department, following a new law issued by His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.

The fee reduction applies to various legal proceedings, including civil and commercial lawsuits, rental disputes, and executive cases, with the fee ceiling determined by the lawsuit's value.

Additionally, fees for appealing judgments before the Courts of Appeal and Cassation will see reductions, aiming to facilitate easier access to the courts for litigants without imposing additional financial burdens.
