The Dubai Marathon, now in its 23rd year running, will take place in the heart of the city at Umm Suqeim on Sunday, January 7th, 2024.
The iconic sporting event will start and finish on Umm Suqeim Road for the usual three races: the 4km fun run, the 10km road race and the classic 42.195km marathon.
The marathon will take place on Jumeirah Beach Road with some stellar views including Burj Al Arab and Madinat properties.
Register via dubaimarathon.org if you wish to compete in any of the three categories. Registration closes on December 10th.
It is priced at AED 184 for the 4km fun run, AED 313 for the 10km road race and AED 550 for the marathon.
The Dubai Marathon welcomes runners from more than 145 different countries and consistently produces some of the best performances in the sport. Twenty-four of the top 100 fastest male times and 18 of the top 100 fastest female times in history were produced during the 2020 Dubai Marathon.
