Active Digital Marketing Communications, a Dubai-based digital marketing agency, has announced it trial four-day work system starting September 1 until the end of 2021.

This means they will have 3 days off and no work from home on the fifth day of the week.
The LinkedIn post made it clear that no cuts in salary or number of employees will be made following the trial.
The pandemic has aided in turning this usually concrete idea into a working one
The agency’s owner and managing director, Sawsan Ghanem stated how pleased she “to be one of the pioneers in this region, in our industry and with our team to implement this.”
The agency will start the adjustment process this month (August) to begin it officially in September.
