Prepare to wield your lightsabers as Star Wars legend Temuera Morrison, renowned for portraying Boba and Jango Fett, is set to grace the Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) 2024.
The event, taking place from February 9th to 11th, 2024, at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), will feature Morrison alongside other luminaries like Troy Baker, known for his role as Joel in The Last of Us.
Morrison's Star Wars legacy adds a galactic touch to MEFCC, where fans can immerse themselves in the rich worlds of film, TV, sci-fi, anime, manga, gaming, comics, and collectibles. Notable additions to the event include comic creators Mark Brooks and Carlo Pagulayan.
A new attraction, the Japanese Village, making its Abu Dhabi debut, will captivate enthusiasts with Japanese culture, art, animation, and gaming. From Grendizer to Captain Tsubasa and Doraemon, the village showcases iconic brands that have left a lasting impact.
MEFCC has evolved into a beloved annual spectacle over the past twelve years, featuring Meet the Stars, the Comic Creators’ Club, Gaming Arena, Artist Alley, and the Main Stage.
Attendees can anticipate music, food trucks, performances, and challenges for a memorable weekend.
