The official opening of a special exhibition by the well-known French artist Richard Orlinski, which includes about 40 works of distinctive sculpture, took place on Monday at City Center Doha.

Under the sponsorship and participation of H.E. Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim al-Thani, head of the Qatari Businessmen Association, and H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal al-Thani, chairman of Optimised Holding Company, the exhibition, which will continue through January 2023, has been launched by Optimise Home.

"I am happy to have the opportunity to hold my first exhibition in Qatar at this special time," Orlinski stated in a news release. "I can't wait to show the Qataris the works of art I've picked out to represent the country's unique artistic and cultural scene. I hope people take advantage of the chance to see the show and appreciate the artwork on display."

One of the most popular current French artists in the world is Orlinski. His artistic career began in 2004 with the production of a vivid red resin crocodile that quickly rose to fame. This exhibition, which is the first of its sort in Qatar, is one of many that the artist has organized in locations throughout the world.

In an effort to "democratize art," the artist frequently exhibits his pieces in public spaces, such as a large mall in Qatar that is open to the general public. He also has about 5 million Instagram followers.

Optimise Holding's group general manager, Reda Salem, stated: "I am thrilled to support this special show, which will enhance the art scene in Qatar. Some of the most well-known worldwide artists have been drawn to Qatar, a country that has long been a mainstay on the international art scene. The opportunity to host Richard Orlinski's exhibition is fantastic for locals and guests to view and purchase these one-of-a-kind pieces."

According to Optimise Home's general manager Mahdi Shihab, "We are thrilled to work with international artist Richard Orlinski and have been determined to organize this exhibition to the greatest standards so that guests may enjoy the fine art and have a unique experience. The artwork on the show has been carefully chosen, and we anticipate that it will leave an impression on the viewers."

According to Martial Ricart, gallery manager at Bel Air Fine Art, Orlinski's exhibition, sponsored by Optimise Home and organized by Bel Air Fine Art, highlights the value of safeguarding endangered species.

According to Ricart "A future partnership between both businesses will present a fantastic opportunity to advance the promotion and growth of Doha's art scene."
