Vice President of the UAE and the Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid has announced an AED 150 million fund to support social media influencers and a permanent headquarters for them will be created.
These initiatives will boost the digital media sector in the UAE by providing influencers the support they need.
Sheikh Mohammed said, "These steps align with our ongoing investment in creative talents who will write new inspiring stories that will add to the UAE’s influential media presence on the global stage."
The AED 150 million fund will help influencers create meaningful and impactful content, enhance their content-creating skills, introduce stories from the UAE to the world, and attract investments in new media.
