For all the burrata lovers out there, we have some exciting news! The popular cheese that delivers a burst of sensory explosions, now comes wrapped in 22-karat edible gold. Since the opening of the restaurant Cinque in 2019, the Gold Sheikh Burrata has been on the menu to be served alongside tomatoes, rocket and truffle.
Created by Chef Guiseppe who decided to add the dish to the menu as a very special guest at the FIVE often visited Cinque and would order burrata frequently. In order to create a wow reaction, the 22-karat gold burrata, spun by artisans in the heel of Italy was added to create a delectable experience for all guests.

Chef Guiseppe also says “It has become one of our signature dishes and favourite of all our regular guests not to mention one of our most frequently requested, so we decided to keep it on the menu.”
The dish is priced at Dhs200 and will serve between two to four people depending on the quantity eaten.
