Eid Al Fitr RTA Timings and Free Parking Announced
As Eid Al Fitr is around the corner, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced the timings of its services during the holiday of Eid Al Fitr. Which includes changes in paid parking zones, public buses, metro, tram, marine transport and service provider centres.

Timings:
Metro:
The changes include the timing of Dubai Metro Service on the Red Line, on Wednesday and Thursday to work from 05:00 am to 01:00 am and on Friday to work from 10:00 am to 1:00 am, however will be operating from 5:00 am to 12:00 midnight on Saturday.
And for the Green Line Metro service it will be operating from 05:30 am to 1:00 am on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 am, and on Saturday from 05:30 am to 12:00 midnight.
Tram:
The Dubai Tram service will be on Wednesday and Thursday from 06:00 am to 01:00 am, on Friday, from 09:00 am to 1:00 am, and on Saturday from 06:00 am to 1:00 am.
Public Buses:
If you use the Public Buses service, during the holidays will operate as Main Stations (including Gold Souq Station) will operate from 04:30 am to 12:30 am (past midnight), and Al-Ghubaiba Station from 04:15 am to 01:00 am (of the following day). Sub-stations (including Satwa Station) will start from 04:30 am to 11:00 pm except for Route C01 which will be operating around the clock. Al-Qusais Bus Station from 04:30 am to 12:04 am (past midnight). Al Quoz Industrial Station from 05:05 am to 11:30 pm, and Jebel Ali Station from 04:58 am to 12:15 (past midnight).
Metro Link Bus:
The Metro Link Bus Service at Rashidiya, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta, Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa, Abu Hail, and Etisalat will be in service from 06:00 am to 09:00 pm.
Inter-city Bus and Commercial Coaches:
The Inter-city Bus and Commercial Coaches will be operating as follows: Sub Stations, such as Al Ghubaiba, will be operating Route E306 around-the-clock to Sharjah (Jubail). The Union Square Station will operate from 04:25 am to 12:15 am (past midnight), Etisalat Metro Station from 05:00 am to 9:00 pm, and Abu Hail Metro Station from 06:20 am to 10:40 pm. The timing of External Stations will be as follows: Jubail Station at Sharjah from 05:30 am to 11:15 pm, and Ajman Station from 04:30 am to 11:00 pm.
Marine Transport:
The Marine Transport will operate from 29 Ramadan to 3 Shawaal 1442H as follows: The Water Bus will operate at Marina Stations (Marina Mall, Marina Walk, Marina Terrace, Marina Promenade) from 12:00 (noon) up to 12:00 (midnight). In addition, there will be touristic trips on Dubai Creek from 4:00 pm to 11:00 PM.
The Water Taxi will be operating on demand and the service will be available from 12:00 (noon) up to 08:00 pm. Customers need to make pre-booking.
The Traditional Abra at Dubai Creek (Dubai Old Souq – Baniyas) from 10:00 am to 01:00 am (of the following day), Al Fahidi – Al Sabkha from 10:00 am to 12:30 am (past midnight), Al Fahidi- Old Deira Souq from 10:00 am to 12:30 am (past midnight), Baniyas – Al Seef from 10:00 am to 01:00 am (of the following day), Dubai Old Souq – Al Fahidi – Al Seef from 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and Al Jaddaf – Dubai Festival City from 08:00 am to 12:00 (midnight).
Tourist journeys on traditional Abras will be as follows: From Sheikh Zayed Road from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Dubai Creek from 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Tourist service from Al Jaddaf to Dubai Festival City will be from 04:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

The Ferry will run service as follows during Eid Al Fitr holiday: (Al Ghubaiba-Dubai Water Canal-Dubai Marina Mall) on all days at 11.00 am, 01:00 pm and 06:30 pm. (Note: The 11:00 am journey will not stop at the Dubai Water Canal). The Ferry will run service from Marina Mall Station at 03:00 and 05:00 pm, and at Al Ghubaiba Station at 05:00 pm.
Except for the multi-level parking terminal, the public parking in Dubai will also be free this Eid.
