Azizi Developments has revealed plans for Burj Azizi, a towering new addition to Dubai’s skyline. Standing at an impressive 725 meters, this skyscraper will be the second tallest building in the world, surpassing many of its global counterparts in height.
What to Expect
The Burj Azizi will soar over 131 floors and is set to redefine luxury living. Scheduled for completion by 2028, the skyscraper will offer a mix of penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. The sales launch is planned for February 2025.

This iconic tower will break several world records:
- Highest Hotel Lobby: Located on level 11.
- Highest Hotel Room: On level 118.
- Highest Restaurant: On level 122.
- Highest Nightclub: On level 126.
- Highest Observation Deck: On level 130.
Luxurious Amenities
Burj Azizi will feature a range of upscale amenities including wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, and resident lounges. It will also house a vertical retail center with seven floors, a luxury ballroom, and a beach club. Additionally, the tower will include an observation deck and an adrenaline zone.
