Police Arrest 103kg of Hashish Drug Dealers Trying to Enter The UAE

The Ras Al Khaimah Police's anti-narcotics department nabbed a number of drug dealers who were trying to smuggle 103kg of hashish into the UAE on a fishing boat off the coast of the emirate.
The smugglers were caught and convicted of drug trafficking by the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command along with the Emirates Coast Guard Command. According to Ras Al Khaimah Police Commander-in-Chief Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al-Nuaimi, the narcotics department set up a team as soon as it was informed about the case and the effort to transport drugs across the emirate's borders. The anti-narcotics wing received research and investigation support from the Coast Guard command.
The command of the Emirates Coast Guard and the Ras-Kheimah police's narcotics wings was complimented by the commander-in-chief of Ras Al-Khaimah Police for their efforts and collaboration. He valued their positive contribution to defending the community against the drug epidemic and reducing the danger to its safety and security. He gave the assurance that the police will keep up their efforts to combat the drug crisis that threatens to disrupt the country's stability and safety.
The case has been sent to the appropriate authorities so that the legal process can be completed.
