The new innovative development concept for Palm Jebel Ali has been approved by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai.

Palm Jebel Ali is one of a number of forward-thinking initiatives being carried out by world-renowned Dubai-based real estate master developer Nakheel as part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.

The much-awaited travel destination, led by renowned developer Nakheel, will cover 13.4 square kilometers and feature 80 hotels and resorts, green areas, and other leisure and retail services.

35,000 households will have access to seaside housing because of the project's addition of around 110km of coastline to Dubai. According to Dubai Media Office, the ambitious project seeks to become an "aspirational residential destination in the city."

Additionally, it supports the Dubai Economic Agenda D33's objective of doubling the city's Economy by 2033.

“We have vast ambitions for the future and we are confident that we can transform our grand vision for development into reality. This new groundbreaking project reflects our strategic development plan centered on raising the quality of life and happiness of residents,” said Sheikh Mohammed.
