As part of the Mawaqif system's second phase, more paid parking spaces have been introduced in Al Ain.

The new slots will go into effect in the industrial zones of Al Ain and Al Hili on Monday, September 25th.
The measures, according to the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), are intended to combat unauthorized and irresponsible parking in addition to preserving the city's general appearance.
It has urged drivers to abide by the law and refrain from parking their cars in forbidden areas.
