Dubai welcomes a new lifestyle destination packed with shopping, fitness, and dining options


Dubai has officially opened the doors to Nad Al Sheba Mall, a new 500,000 sq ft mixed-use retail destination developed by Dubai Holding Asset Management. The mall adds to the city’s ever-growing lineup of lifestyle hubs, offering more than 100 outlets across shopping, wellness, dining, and entertainment.
What to Expect at Nad Al Sheba Mall
The newly launched mall is designed with both convenience and experience in mind. It features a rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts, along with a wide mix of stores that cover fashion, fitness, healthcare, and food and beverage.
More than 900 parking spots have been provided to make access easier for visitors, especially with its location close to residential communities and schools. The layout combines indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a modern yet relaxed vibe for people looking to shop, unwind, or spend time with family and friends.

Fareed Abdelrahman, Managing Director of Retail Destinations at Dubai Holding Asset Management, said the new mall plays a big role in supporting Dubai’s growing retail scene. He emphasized that Nad Al Sheba Mall is built to serve daily needs while also helping businesses grow in a fast-moving market.
The launch aligns with the city's continued investment in its retail and lifestyle sectors. Just recently, Mall of the Emirates revealed a massive Dh5 billion expansion plan, reinforcing Dubai's place as a major shopping and tourism hub.
Nad Al Sheba Mall is now open to the public.
