Morocco defeated Egypt in men's football at the Paris Olympics with a score of 6-0, securing a bronze medal on Thursday, Aug. 8.
Soufaine Rahimi scored two goals, which made him the first player in Olympic history to score in six straight matches.
Rahimi scored a header in the 26th minute, taking the score to 2-0. In the 64th minute, the player scored again, taking his team's score to 4-0.

Abde Ezzalzouli, Bilal El Khannouss, Akram Nakach, and Achraf Hakimi scored the rest of the goals to help the Moroccan team win.
Ezzalzouli scored Morocco's first goal with a strike in the 23rd minute, while Hakimi scored a free-kick goal in the 87th minute, the team's last goal and the cherry on top for Morcco's bronze medal win.
The Moroccan team secured a bronze medal after losing to Spain, scoring 2-1 in the semi-finals. Morocco has certainly sparked interest in the football world after scoring 17 goals at the Olympics ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
