The initiative revolves around the most important healthy habits and food practices that people should adopt and maintain during the month-long fast.
According to the ministry of health, the goal is to help raise awareness and encourage people to opt for healthier food options when buying groceries.
The initiative does not only include the push to a healthier diet but also a ’Gym with You’ initiative, which includes online physical training sessions to promote a healthier lifestyle.
