A case against a company's management for misusing work permits was successfully filed before the Dubai Public Prosecution.

After hiring two female UAE nationals for four months under the NAFIS scheme, the manager was charged with misusing the work permits for non-intended purposes.

The management faces a fine from the court of AED 100,000, which will increase depending on how many employees are involved.

The two workers have also been mandated to refund AED twenty thousand. This case demonstrates Dubai Public Prosecution's dedication to upholding labor regulations and ensuring that hiring procedures comply with the law.
