If you’re a regular shopper at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira, or City Centre Mirdif, parking your car is about to get a lot easier. Starting January 1, 2025, a new barrierless parking system will be introduced, thanks to an agreement between Majid Al Futtaim properties and Parkin, the city’s largest public parking provider.

This upgrade is designed to improve your experience by cutting down on the time it takes to get in and out of these busy mall car parks. With an estimated 20 million cars passing through these three locations each year, the new system promises to make parking smoother and faster, especially during peak hours.

What to Expect from the New Parking System

Gone are the days of waiting for a ticket at the barrier. Instead, Parkin's advanced cameras will scan your vehicle’s license plate upon entry and exit. This means no more fumbling for tickets, and you’ll be able to get in and out of the parking facilities in seconds.

If you need to pay a fee, Parkin will send you an SMS with a payment link, making it easy to settle charges online. Alternatively, you can link your license plate to your Parkin account and pay automatically.

Best of all, parking fees at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Deira, and City Centre Mirdif remain unchanged, so you won’t have to worry about any extra costs.

  • Free parking on weekends and public holidays
  • Monday to Friday:
    • 0 - 4 hours: Free
    • 4 - 5 hours: AED 20
    • 5 - 6 hours: AED 40
    • 6 - 7 hours: AED 60
    • 7 - 8 hours: AED 100
    • 8 hours+: AED 150
    • Overnight: AED 350

City Centre Deira

  • Free parking on Sundays and public holidays
  • Monday to Saturday:
    • 0 - 3 hours: Free
    • 3 - 4 hours: AED 20
    • 4 - 5 hours: AED 40
    • 5 - 6 hours: AED 60
    • 6 - 7 hours: AED 100
    • 7 hours+: AED 150
    • 24 hours: AED 350
    • Lost ticket: AED 150
    • Overnight (4 am – 6 am): AED 200

City Centre Mirdif

  • Parking is completely free all week long.
