What is the history of world laughter day?
World laughter day was founded back in 1998 by Dr.Madan Kataria, in Mumbai, India, by Dr. Kataria who founded the laughter Yoga movement back in 1995; Dr. Kataria had shared the positive effects of laughter on the body, which is why she started that trend, laughter relaxes the body and eases down the stress, it is also good for your heart, and it burns down calories!
