Kamala Harris Raises More than $100M for Her Campaign

US Vice President and Democrat Presidential candidate Kamala Harris raised more than $100 million from Sunday, Jul. 21 to Monday, Jul. 22, her campaign revealed earlier on Tuesday, Jul. 23.
Harris' campaign also revealed that she raised $81 million in the first 24 hours of her presidential campaign.
Harris' team shared that more than 888,000 grassroots donors donated in the 24 hours. The group 'Win with Black Women' hosted a Zoom call and was able to gather $1.6 million.
The amount was raised from Harris' campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and joint fundraising committees.
The US VP launched her presidential campaign on Sunday, hours after Joe Biden announced that he would exit the election race.
He endorsed Harris for the 2024 presidential elections. By Monday evening, Hariss secured the support of 27 state delegations.
If the support holds, the delegations will officially nominate Harris for president in early August.
