Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 Pro Max is already making waves online ahead of its expected release in mid-September — likely between the 11th and 13th, according to multiple sources.

Rumored Price Could Drop Below Dh5,000

While the iPhone 16 Pro Max launched at Dh5,099 in the UAE, tech insiders are speculating that the iPhone 17 Pro Max might be priced lower this year — around Dh3,399. This could be due to Apple’s possible launch of a higher-end model called the iPhone 17 Air, which may shift pricing tiers across the lineup.

Sleek New Design and Camera Overhaul

The iPhone 17 Pro Max is rumored to be getting a big visual refresh. Apple may ditch the current rear design in favor of a hybrid glass-and-aluminum back that’s expected to boost durability while keeping it sleek.

Another standout change could be the camera setup. Instead of the usual square bump, leaks suggest a possible horizontal layout for the triple-lens system — either in a clean row or a wider-centered bump.

Display Sizes Stay the Same

In terms of size, don’t expect a change. The iPhone 17 Pro will likely keep the 6.3-inch screen, while the Pro Max sticks to 6.9 inches — matching last year’s dimensions.

A19 Pro Chip Could Power Next-Gen Performance

Under the hood, the new Pro models are expected to feature Apple’s A19 Pro chip, built on a next-gen 3-nanometer process. This means smoother performance, better battery efficiency, and faster processing across the board.
