The Crown Prince of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed announced the launch of Dubai AI Week on Thursday, Dec. 19.
The exciting event will be launched in April 2025, becoming "a platform to unlock the transformative potential of artificial intelligence, celebrate achievements, and advance key initiatives, strategies, and partnerships between the public and private sectors."
The event will take place from Apr. 21 to Apr. 25 next year, featuring global participation and pushing for innovation.
The AI Retreat will allow tech leaders and decision-makers to work together on exploring AI integration strategies across industries.
The Dubai Assembly for Generative AI will gather ministers, chief executives, and tech leaders to discuss generative AI. The forum will also allow experts and professionals to explore possibilities for AI in healthcare, education, and entertainment.
The Dubai AI Week will also host the Global Prompt Engineering Championship, the Dubai AI Festival, and the Machines Can See Summit.
The engineering championship will have AI prompt engineers compete for a prize pool of one million dirhams.
